Book A Private Event
Ancestor Coffeehouse offers a welcoming space for private events such as bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, office parties and other celebrations or gatherings. Please read our Private Event Policy below, then fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
Guidelines:
Please keep these following guidelines in mind:
- Events can be held at our Cornwall location (119 Springwood Drive, Lebanon) for up to 50 people, or our Annville location (104 West Main Street, Annville) for up to 30 people
- Space is available 7 days a week during off business hours, 4pm-8pm
- Setup can start as early as 3:00
- Event can be catered by Ancestor (full and limited menu options available) or by client
- Room rental fee:
- $250 for a 2 hour rental
- $50 for every additional hour
- Food and beverage items will be an additional cost, if event is being catered by Ancestor Coffeehouse
- A $100 deposit is required to reserve space, which will go towards rental fee
- Automatic 18% gratuity and 6% PA sales tax will be added to the final bill
- Client must meet with Ancestor Event Coordinator to go over event details at least one month before the event.
Additional Information:
- Client may choose music
- Client may set up seating area to best accommodate event
- Client may decorate the space as long as it does not cause damage to any walls or surfaces.
- Client is responsible for de-decorating
We provide:
- Assistance with set up and decorating
- Trash removal
- Clean up
Process:
- Requests are submitted using the form below
- Any request that does not meet the Guidelines above will not be considered
- Requests that do meet the Guidelines will be reviewed by the Private Events Coordinator, who will reach out about further details.
- Ancestor Coffeehouse reserves the right to deny the use of it’s space
